- How long does a typical renovation take?
- Kitchen or bathroom: 2–3 weeks. Full flat: 4–6 weeks. Full house or HMO conversion: 6–10 weeks. We commit to a date at quote stage and report progress against it weekly.
- Do I need to move out during works?
- For single-room works you can usually stay. For full-house renovations we strongly recommend moving out — it protects your furniture, speeds up trades, and avoids the noise and dust. We can help plan the timing.
- How are unforeseen issues handled in the budget?
- We survey thoroughly before quoting. For genuinely hidden items (damp behind plaster, dated electrics) we carry a contingency line you approve upfront. Any variation is priced and signed off before work proceeds — no surprise invoices.
- What areas do you serve?
- We work across London, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas. If you're beyond that, tell us your postcode and we'll confirm feasibility within 12 hours.
- What warranty do you offer?
- A 6-month workmanship warranty on everything we install, plus manufacturer warranties on fittings (typically 2–12 years). We're also available post-handover for touch-ups — renovation doesn't end at the key handover.
