Our story

Our founder trained as a project manager in another industry, then bought and renovated his own first property. That project taught every lesson the hard way: the difference a clear scope makes, how unchecked quotes drift, how trade sequencing can save or burn weeks.

B&R was built so the next owner, investor, or developer doesn't have to learn those lessons on their own dime. We bring senior project management to a sector where it's often missing — for homeowners who want a beautiful result, and for investors who want predictable returns.

Today we deliver full renovations across London and the Home Counties and coach first-time developers through their first projects. Same standards, two levels of involvement.
