The brief
Full renovation including a complete bathroom transformation — bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower, new wall panelling, toilet fittings, and tiled flooring. Oak doors fitted throughout. Bedrooms, hallway, and bathroom ceiling replastered, with full interior repainting. Electrics and lighting upgraded, and the living room fireplace removed for a more open, modern layout.
Outcome
A tired two-bedroom house brought up to a clean, modern standard throughout — a brighter, more practical bathroom, a living room that reads as one open space, and a consistent oak-and-neutral finish from the hallway through to the bedrooms.
