The brief
Navigating planning permission can be daunting — and that's exactly where we stepped in. This client came to us unsure of the process and what was needed to get approval. From there, our team took the lead: coordinating detailed drawings through our in-house architect and successfully securing full loft conversion approval on their behalf. It's a great example of how our consultancy service takes the stress out of planning, from first enquiry through to approved plans.
Outcome
Approved plans without the client having to navigate the planning system themselves — and a converted loft that turns unused roof space into a bright, usable room.
