The brief
Full strip-out and renovation of a tired family bathroom — replanned to fit a full-size bath, a separate walk-in shower and a vanity under a sloping ceiling, finished throughout in large-format calacatta-effect porcelain.
Outcome
A bright, hotel-feel bathroom that gives the family both a proper soak-tub and a daily walk-in shower in the same footprint — finished to a standard that lifts the look and value of the whole home.
Scope of works
- Strip-out of the existing bathroom back to brick
- New layout to fit both a bath and a separate walk-in shower
- Large-format calacatta-effect porcelain tiling to walls and floor
- New suite — bath, WC, vanity unit and round wall mirror
- Frameless glass shower enclosure with low-profile tray
- Brushed brass shower and tap fittings with matching accessories
- Chrome heated towel rail and new ceiling spotlights
